Cancellation Policy

To our customers... We require 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment a credit card deposit of up to 50% of your upcoming service may be required to secure your next appointment. The deposit will then be applied to your service as long as you show up at the scheduled time or give at least 24 hour notice when cancelling. The credit will remain on your account until the next scheduled appointment.

If you fail to show up for or cancel your appointment within 24 hours your deposit will be lost.
